LoadRunner VIDEO tutorial - Parameters part1 ('Select next row' = 'Sequential')

I've prepared new LoadRunner video tutorial on working with LoadRunner parameters.
The present LoadRunner video tutorial covers the following:
  • How to create new LoadRunner parameter
  • How to use 'Simulate Parameter' feature
  • Settings on Parameter List dlg
    Option 'Select next row' = 'Sequential'
    Option 'Update value on' = 'Each iteration'
    Option 'Update value on' = 'Each occurrence'
    Option 'Update value on' = 'Once'
  • How to view an output value of parameter

    Hello Sir, this video is very helpful, but i do not know why i could not hear anything besides watching this video.Does this video not have any speech behind it?
    I had checked the volume of the player and it was okk,then why i can't hear anything??

    It's very difficult to hear a voice if it is not recorded :)

    I didn't recorded the voice, that's why you hear nothing.

    Instead of that I added detailed text descriptions to my video tutorial. So, read them and you'll be happy :)

    Hey Dmitri, I am new to LR but since I am familiar with QTP I could relate to what is explained over here.. Amazing job in the creation of this video....Are there any videos on the initial script creation and concepts of LR in your blog. I could not find any here. The earliest posts I can see are of Aug 2007. Are those the earliest posts or is it that we can see the posts for only unto 1 year before ?

    Hi ,
    can any one help me, how to use pointers in loadrunner to validate number of users. valid users should be stored in one file and invalid users in another file.(i.e notepad).

    I found your blog is helping a lot to the testing community. Really great and fantastic work.

    I have a small doubt, hope you can help me out. I am using vista OS. in loadrunner sample web tours after logging in in the main menu , if i click Flights(the first one), in the right pane I cannot see anything . I can be able to see a blank pane.

    can you please guide me in this concern where I can modify the application.
